AR169
Solamni
AR169 PU microfiber leather is a synthetic sheet material developed for shoe uppers and compatible leather goods. It is produced in a 1.4 mm thickness with an AR169 surface pattern that reproduces the grain of leather. The material is 100% synthetic and uses no animal skins. Solamni supplies it in rolls from Quanzhou, Fujian, with customized colors and a documented AQL inspection before shipment. Business buyers can request evaluation samples before placing volume orders.
The material is supplied as finished rolls ready for cutting and is designed to run on standard footwear production equipment. Because the same roll can be sewn, glued, embossed or printed, it can be used across upper components and matching accessories within one collection.

The surface is smooth and carries a leather-like grain in the AR169 pattern. It can be dyed across a full color range, with custom-color options for brand-specific collections.
The material is lightweight and flexible, which supports foot comfort and allows the upper to move with the foot. Its tensile strength and resilience make it suitable for footwear that sees repeated wear, including safety shoes.
The sheet is specified as waterproof, wind proof and resistant to high temperatures. Its quick-dry behavior allows moisture to be absorbed and evaporated, supporting a drier foot environment.
The surface is scratch-resistant, abrasion-resistant and anti-crease. These properties contribute to the service life of finished shoes and help maintain the appearance of the upper.
The material is breathable and moisture-permeable. It is straightforward to clean, maintain and dye, which supports both production and after-sale care.
The material delivers leather-like aesthetics and wear performance at a lower cost than genuine leather, helping buyers control finished-shoe material costs.
Production uses no animal skins, with low VOC emissions. The material is REACH compliant and free of heavy metals. Because it is produced on synthetic lines with no animal input, buyers can specify it for collections that require animal-free materials, while the REACH and heavy-metal profile supports documentation for regulated markets.
The sheets can be sewn, glued, embossed or printed, supporting different upper designs and assembly methods.
Quality is kept consistent across large rolls, which supports repeatable cutting and assembly in volume production.
The material is used for uppers on casual, formal, sports and outdoor footwear. It is also used for toe caps, tongues and other upper components, and for safety shoes and protective boots where abrasion and water resistance are specified.
Beyond footwear, it is used for bags, luggage, belts and small leather goods, and for custom-colored or patterned brand collections.
Each order is monitored by a dedicated QC team. Random inspections are carried out during production, and the goods are double-checked against the AQL level selected by the customer before packaging. Inspection records are maintained against the selected AQL level, giving buyers a documented basis for accepting each shipment and for tracing material to its production batch.
