The nonwoven sheet is reinforced by double needle-stitch and chemical adhesive (resin/latex) with thickness of 0.01-0.05in (≈0.25-1.3mm) and width of 120in (≈3m). The main material is recycled polyester staple fiber and 5%-20% polyester filament, and other chemical fibers can be added to adjust color or enhance function.
1. Double-needle suture: 14,18,22 needles were mechanically sutured at equal intervals on the fiber mesh to form a uniform "needle spacing" structure.
2. Chemical bonding: Resin/lacquer penetration and drying activation to form chemical bonds between fibers.
3. Dry/wet compatible: allows suturing without drying equipment, eliminating the drying step.
