Solamni
The EVA nonwoven insole board is a composite sheet material developed for footwear production. It combines a non-woven polyester base with an EVA foam layer to give finished insoles a measured balance of cushioning, shock absorption and air exchange. The material is supplied in sheet form and can be cut to insole profiles for sports, work and casual footwear. Solamni produces the board in Quanzhou, Fujian, and supports adjustable thickness and customized colors to match different shoe specifications. Samples are available for factory assessment before volume orders are placed.
The board forms the load-bearing layer inside the shoe, supporting the foot while holding the insole profile after repeated use. Because thickness and color can be adjusted, the same base material can be specified across several product lines without changing a factory's cutting and bonding workflow.

Thickness is adjustable from 0.6 mm to 1.5 mm, allowing the board to be specified for different footwear segments. Sheets are delivered in the dimensions listed above and can be cut to the insole shapes used in a factory's existing tooling.
Non-woven fibers are bonded by pressing, heat bonding or adhesive to form a lightweight and uniform matrix. This structure gives the board an even surface and consistent handling during die-cutting and assembly.
An EVA foam layer is placed over the non-woven base. It contributes elasticity, cushioning and waterproofing, helping the insole absorb the impact of repeated steps.
The open pores of the non-woven fabric, combined with the closed-cell structure of the EVA foam, allow air and moisture to move through and be expelled. This reduces heat buildup inside the shoe during wear.
Antibacterial agents can be added to the EVA foam to inhibit bacterial growth and support a fresher shoe interior. This option can be discussed when confirming order specifications.
Production follows standardized QC workflows, and the board is supported by PFI laboratory test reports. Testing is carried out against the client's requirements, and results are documented for review.
The documented program covers restricted substances commonly specified for footwear, including dyes, heavy metals, formaldehyde, phthalates, organotin compounds and perfluorinated compounds, together with pH and PVC identification. Each result is reported against the client's stated requirement, so buyers can match the material to the compliance criteria of their market.
The board is used in shoe making across sports, work and casual footwear. Its adjustable thickness lets buyers specify firmer support for work and sports styles or thinner, more flexible sheets for casual lines. For sports footwear, the cushioning and air exchange support longer wear; for work shoes, a thicker gauge can be specified for support; for casual lines, thinner sheets keep the shoe light. The gauge can be confirmed during the sample stage.
Samples are supplied for factory assessment, allowing production teams to verify cutting, bonding and comfort on their own lines before committing to a volume order.
